After you have had your wonderful wedding day with Rev. Dave, to obtain your marriage certificate, to prove your marriage, just wait 10 weeks after the ceremony to send in the this application. Or you can go to serviceontario.ca and fill the form in on-line. You must have the certificate if the bride is to change her ID's and assume her husbands name. (not applicable in Quebec) Even if you are not it is a good idea to get the certificate anyway for legal purposes.
