What if we are able to help you and take away all the stress of a wedding and the huge cost, Where we provide an intimate mid size wedding reception that includes everything from ceremony, dinner & reception and dance, all in one low price per guest. At an exclusive fully seasonally decorated country property where there are no extra or hidden costs. Just a day to enjoy.

There is nothing you need to bring just your guests, licence and joy in your heart. The extras are up to you like the dress, photographer and limo but now you have a chance to spend a little more on these special things. Because here at A Valley Wedding we have reasonable costs. Let us show you how it is all done.

An all in one elegant country venue built & designed specifically for Weddings
That is a fully decorated private venue not a cheap hall or golf course room, or an expensive wedding venue with their hidden costs.

Providing a ready to go venue with a no hassle approach, no fancy cute names for wedding packages, straight forward simple way to have a wedding with no hassles, all is included.

Use our caterer, yours or do potluck.

At a very reasonable per guest fee, with continual personal care by owners

Here is what we offer:

Ceremony:

1. Licensed Wedding Officiant/Ordained Minister, fee included
2. Ceremony of your choosing and faith level (religious & civil marriages)
3. Ceremony template you can alter to your tastes (own vow and readings)
4. Ceremony planning meeting (license given then)
5. Ceremony coordinator on site (music of your choice, CD or live)
6. All legal requirements are dealt with by licensed Minister
7. Special ceremonies for children can be included
8. Fully seasonal decorated deck indoor and out with seating, you no longer have to do the work
9. Wonderful gardens for those special pictures
10. Private and exclusive use (not a wedding mill)
11. Private hide away room for Bride
12. Free parking

Reception:

1. Use our own personal caterer, you do not need to run around the city for the best deal, menu will be provided and a meeting with the caterer. Provide your own caterer or do potluck (no cooking at venue allowed, just reheating) Some rules apply.
2. Low cost but hearty meals, 5 to choose from our caterer
3. Served buffet, very rare, usually an extra, not with our caterer.
4. Full course meals and enough for seconds
5. Dessert and coffee and tea provided
6. Your choice of coloured table cloths no extra charge
7. Centre piece provided or bring your own
8. No corkage fees, no cake fees, no coffee fees,
9. Cake table provided as is present table
10. Full place settings with wine & water goblets, serviettes
11. Dance floor provided (bring own music or DJ)
12. Out door smoking area and drinking area in enclosed private garden
13. Building rental for private use, 3000 sq. ft.
14. Music controlled for each room, no longer are you drowned out by dance music, have a real conversation not yelling at each other.

Bar:

1. It is your bar which you supply, all proceeds go to you.
2. Only wine, beer and coolers allowed (Limited hard liquor)
3. May have open bar or sell singly or one price ticket for the evening
4. Manned bar at all times at no charge.
5. Home made wine allowed no corkage fee
6. Glasses and ice provided no charge

A Valley Wedding Unique Price Structure 

1. Price per guest Fee with our caterer

Includes Ceremony, Reception, Full Dinner, Served Buffet, Dance, Your bar, HST on Venue fee only
Minimums Required: 50 to 70 plus

Though there is a single fee quoted, there will be two invoices and separate down payments, catering fees may vary due to your extra choices.

Friday: Adults (11 & up) just $50.00/guest
Saturday: Adults (11 & up) just $55.00/guest
Luncheons same as below for these months.
Children as below

Off Season Weddings from November to April are included in above fees (except New Years, Christmas week, Valentines, Holiday weekends, full fee as below on all formats)

A few venue rules to make things easier:  

1. These prices are separated between the caterer and A Valley Wedding, two invoices & deposit

2. Cocktail Luncheon receptions available on weekdays at a low price from 10:00 to 3:00

3. The bar is licensed by you (Special Occasion Permit) from the LLBO, we make no profit.

4. The bar serves only wine (homemade also), beer and coolers (Limited Hard Liquor).
    Couple will assign a family member whom we may go to together and suggest that things are out of hand.

5. The time allowed is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM, cleanup starts at 11:30 PM on Saturday.
    Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM due to traffic and many who work, cleanup as above
    Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for a luncheon wedding, available all week

6. Smoking areas provided, as is an out door drinking area, in private gardens.

7. Minimums apply of 50, to 70 plus maximum.

8. Children prices are provided at lower fees, infants are at no cost.

    Over the years of experience we find near all weddings end by 11:00 anyway, this venue is meant to provide a clean, safe, and dignified event while keeping to the new societal norm where alcohol consumption is kept to a reasonable level.
